Elizabeth Leigh Vassey

Elizabeth Leigh Vassey (born August 9 in 1972) is an American actress. She was the character as Emily Ann Sago on the television show All My Children, Captain Liberty in the 2001 TV show The Tick and Wendy Simms on the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Nikki Beaumont is the web-based show Nikki & Nora. Vassey was the teen Emily Ann Sago in All My Children from 1988 to 1991. From 2004 until 2005, she appeared in regular roles on the television show Tru Calling as Dr. Carrie Allen.She was featured in several episodes of the sitcom Two and a Half Men. Vassey was Wendy Simms' recurring role in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 to the year 2010. Since the 10th season, Vassey was promoted to a regular cast member , and started appearing in the opening credits. Entertainment Weekly reported on June 1st of 2010 that Vassey was not returning in the series' eleventh season. She guested in one episode during that season.Vassey was a guest on Joss Whedon's online musical, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along blog, as "Fury Leika". Vassey is married to David Emmerichs, a camera operator.In 2002, she and fellow actress Kristin Bauer, Vassey started a company named Neurosis to create a T(ee) that creates and sells slogan-covered T-shirts for women. The slogans play on the neuroses and worries of women that often refer to relationships.
